Faith Forward post-gathering roundup of reflections

I arrived home today after 9 days away for Faith Forward 2014. I’m leaving this event inspired and enriched by all that happened during this four-day gathering of forward-thinking children’s and youth ministry leaders. And I’m filled with gratitude for all who collaborated together for the journey. Together, we are charting a new way forward in what it means to be disciples with young people.

I’m still processing my time in Nashville, and as the director of the gathering, I have a wide-angle view of what went down–on stage, behind the scenes, in breakout spaces, and during conversations over drinks and deep-fried pickles.
